Practice Shots

Before I go to Liverpool these are some of the shots I have been trying to experiment with using obtuse angles and a variety of shot types such as pans, tilts, zooms and focus pulls. These are the photos from the type of shots I want to take in Liverpool...

Overall the shots practiced went well, the statics were all in focus and the obtuse angles worked nicely without much wobble. Some of the long shots were a little wobbly but I forgot to take a tripod with me so when it comes to the shots in Liverpool they should be a lot more stable. The shots did have a street feel to them and a coupe of the tracking shots were stable and looked nice with a pan at the end of.

We then drew this out on the board while in our final meeting to decided who will be with which camera and then seeing as we have 2 cameras deciding what content each of them will film. Being the main person on camera 1 it was useful to see the variety of shots I could get while in Liverpool and the board above also shows who will be with me when i'm doing these shots.
